This page explains what personal data Soqoni collects, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, phone number) at registration, plus — if you apply for Soqoni Verification — identity documents, land title documents, and, for Agents, business registration documents.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, connect you with other users (buyers, tenants, owners, agents), run verification checks on listings and Agents, and run automated integrity checks such as duplicate-photo detection and price-anomaly flags.
Who can see it
Verification documents are only visible to Soqoni's Verification Personnel and Legal & Compliance staff during review. Other users only see what you choose to show on your public profile or listings — never your uploaded verification documents.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and verification data for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to meet legal recordkeeping requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data Soqoni holds about you by contacting support.
